DTPF algorithm based open-source Time-Sensitive Network leveraging SDN architecture

Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) has enabled a lot of advancements in industrial automation, aviation, tactile networking, and other ad-hoc networking applications. The bounded latency, reliability, self-recovering mechanisms for network are some the core attributes TSN architecture. reliability bench-marking given architecture, when done with simulators, will not match that hardware systems. But needs more capital investment along development time as it involves understanding hardware-specific parameters. research this paper solved shortcoming by implementing an open-source secured SDN(Software Defined Networking)-based framework integrating IEEE’s 802.1 Qbv 802.1Qcc standards. novelty implementation i) Realization Centralized User Configuration (CUC), Network (CNC) open source tools. ii) An algorithm called Dynamic Path Finder (DTPF) is implemented automatically identifying edges participating flow. iii) Emulation environment leveraging Linux-based queuing disciplines traffic shapers. This unique source-based architecture then tested both Non-TSN traffic, to demonstrate gating logic delay characteristics based on discipline applied virtual queues.
